Spring, a time for new beginnings when the world starts to come to life again. Join me for this invigorating workshop where you can flourish and leave feeling energised for the season ahead. Like an unfurling flower, we will start slowly with some breath work, focusing on our 'Yang' energy.

Enjoy some mindful movement and gradually build up to some sun salutations and gentle Vinyasa Yoga to leave you feeling awakened, energised and motivated.
