Winter Wellness Evening
Join me at the warm and cosy Kings Hall for our relaxing Winter Wellness evening to leave you feeling truly calm and peaceful. Rest and reset in lovely warm candlelit surroundings. We will break for a buffet of nutritious vegetarian healthy food and drinks
Let yourself gently unfurl, with some slow and soft movement on your mat, suitable for all levels, complete beginners are welcome. After our evening meal, we will settle down on our mats for some breath work (Pranayama) restive yoga and end with Yoga Nidra, a form of yogic sleep. Wrap up in a cosy blanket, bring a pillow and enjoy an evening of mindfulness and blissful escapism.
