How to book?

Create an account, click Book Now, then check out. You will receive a confirmation email and a reminder email 24 hours before class. You can reschedule any class at least 12 hours in advance by logging into your account and click the drop down arrow to the right.

Why try Yoga?

Yoga has so many benefits for your mind, your mental and spiritual well being and your body including:

Increases flexibility, builds strength, improves posture and balance, drops your blood pressure and increases your serotonin levels, regulates your nervous system, reduces stress, improves mental clarity... the benefits are endless!

Why try Pilates?

Pilates focuses on muscle toning, body control, and core strength. Just some of the many benefits include: Enhanced flexibility, corrects posture, prevents injuries, builds muscle tone, improves balance and coordination, boosts body awareness, promotes relaxation and stress relief, improves mind-body connection

How much are classes?

Drop in classes start from £8.50 each. However, if you invest in a class pass then classes start from just £7.00 each and can be used at any venue for any Yoga or Pilates class.

Can I attend classes?

CLasses are for ages 16 and over, however, teenagers can book in with an adult (aged 13 and over). As long as you have no medical reason why you can't attend then please do join us! There is no upper age limit.

What do I need to bring/wear?

Please bring your mat and a pair of blocks. Available to purchase from the online shop

For Yin yoga I would recommend bringing a blanket and cushion too, although spares can be provided. You can wear any comfortable, stretchy clothing such as gym wear and we practice in bare feet or wear grippy socks.
