Service Description
A three week Yoga Beginners Course at Kings Hall, Prestatyn. For Beginners to Yoga, or for yoga students who would like to re-learn the basics. This is the perfect place to start your yoga journey with me. You will learn some basic asanas (yoga poses) and I will show you the correct alignment and posture for your body. As we practice some stretching, strengthening and balancing poses, we will begin to link the poses together as you move with your breath to create a slow and gentle flow yoga. I will also introduce you to Yin and Vinyasa so that you can discover the benefits of each style of yoga. Booking is required at least 24 hours in advance. Please bring your yoga mat and blocks (available to purchase from the online shop). I suggest bringing a blanket and a bottle of water too. Please arrive 5 minutes prior to class and ensure that your mobile phone is switched off.

To reschedule your yoga class, please log in to your account to move your session at least 12 hours prior to your class. Pole classes or workshops can be rescheduled at least 24 hours prior to class.
